• 設計圖需經客戶確認後方可進行繞線製作或鑲嵌。如後期需更改設計及或重新製作，額外費用將由客戶自行承擔。
• 由於班彩石的硬度較低，所有繞線製作及鑲嵌均存在風險，客戶應充分評估並承擔該風險，本店不負責因風險產生的任何損失。
• 繞線及鑲嵌的製作周期為客戶確認設計後的14至21個工作天。如需加急服務，將收取額外費用。
• 所有已鑲嵌的產品及包裝一經開封，非因品質問題將不予退貨。如因個人原因導致商品損壞、保管不當或正常磨損，本店將不接受退貨。
• 如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。
**Remark
• The design must receive customer approval prior to initiating wire wrapping or gem setting. Any subsequent changes to the design or re-manufacturing will incur additional costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Due to the lower hardness of Ammolite, all wire wrapping and gem setting processes entail carry risks. Customers are advised to evaluate and accept these risks; our store will not be responsible for any losses arising from such risks.
• The production period for wire wrapping and gem setting is 14 to 21 working days after the customer confirms the design. An additional fee will apply for expedited services.
• Once the packaging is opened or gem for the setting, returns and refune will not be accepted unless there are quality issues. Our store will not accommodate returns for damages caused by personal handling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
• In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
